1. Cracked Powder Products:
Gather all the pieces of the powder product and using a spoon crush it into a fine powder in the container or the palette. Drip a small amount of rubbing alcohol onto the powder and stir it into a paste. Spread the paste evenly and using a coin in a piece of cloth press it onto the product. After a few minutes the alcohol will evaporate and the product will be in one piece again!
2. Thickening Nail Polish:
Pour a small amount of nail polish remover into the nail polish bottle and shake the bottle to mix it together. This will thin out the polish and make it easier to apply and smoother.
3. Drying Mascara:
One option would be to carefully drip 3-4 drops of contact lens solution into the mascara and the other would be to fill a cup of hot water and leave the mascara in the cup for a few minutes. Both of these tricks will make your mascara glide on smoothly and easily!
4. Making Cream Eye-shadows Creamy Again:
By adding a few drops of olive oil into the cream this will ensure it glides on smoother and goes back to its creamy texture.
5. Making Eye-liner Pencils Smooth:
Holding a lighter to the tip of your eye-liner pencil will make the application a lot smoother and easier. Almost like a gel liner.
